WOW members serve breakfast at American Cancer Society Minneapolis Hope Lodge

(Left to right) WOW members Barbara Forthun, Lori Schmidt, Dia Sager, Pam Ott-Morse, Melissa Wind and Megan Eckdahl spent a rewarding morning serving breakfast at The Richard M. Schulze Family American Cancer Society Hope Lodge in Minneapolis on August 9th.

The Minneapolis Hope Lodge program provides 41 private guest rooms, free of charge, to cancer patients and their caregiver who reside at least 40 miles away, and who are undergoing active cancer treatment.

The Hope Lodge community also offers guests a wide variety of cancer programs and services that provide information, resources and support to ease the cancer journey.

“It was our humble pleasure to serve a hot breakfast to the guests again this year,” said Melissa Wind.
